Recruiting Networking Professionals
1. Networking Consultant:
· Layer2 & Layer3 Networking

2. Networking Engineer
· Familiarity with standard office networking requirements; firewalls, switches, access points

· Troubleshooting; OSI model, providing level 1 to level 3 support

4. IT Project Manager
· Advanced knowledge of computers, computer systems, software, and networking technology.
· Excellent education background, preferably in computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
· Proven experience as a project administrator in the IT sector.
· Solid technical background, with hands-on experience or understanding of software development and web technologies.
· A knack for impressive client communication, both written and verbal.
· Superb organisational skills, including attention to detail and juggling multiple tasks.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· PMP/PRINCE II certification is a major plus!
5. Senior Cloud Networking Architect
· Extensive experience in a Cloud Network Solutions Architect (GCP or AWS) or similar role with a networking heavy background, in a large, complex enterprise within a hybrid cloud environment
· Extensive experience and expertise in networking and routing protocols and overlay technologies (e.g. SDWAN).
· Extensive experience and expertise in cloud network architecture & technologies (GCP or AWS), including governance pillars, core cloud services, having applied these to complex and large-scale projects.
· Extensive experience and expertise integrating enterprise / on-premise networks with public cloud.
· A good awareness of Cloud Native, DevOps patterns and tooling (including IaC)
· A coaching / collaborative style of working and technical leadership
Recruiting Cyber Security Professionals
1. Senior Security Architect/ Software Development
· Completed studies, preferably in the field of (Business) Informatics, computer science or similar working experience
· 3+ years of professional experience in Dev(Sec)Ops as an engineer / developer or solution architect
· 2+ years in development and operations of Kubernetes Clusters
· Deep technical skills in usage of DevSecOps tools in CI / CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure
· Excellent command of English
· Good knowledge of SDLC threat landscape
· Certified and experience in either Azure or AWS (at least Associate)
2. Junior Security Analyst
· A basic understanding of the following is beneficial:
- OWASP Top 10
- NIST
- PCI DSS
- UK Cyber Essentials
- ISO27017
· Basic SharePoint skills
· Able to work independently but also as part of a team.
· Flexibility to change direction and manage conflicting demands.
3. Security Analyst
Experience in:
· Security threats and compromise methods
· Microsoft server and client technologies
· Common network technologies
· Defensive security tools.
Practical knowledge of defensive security tools such as:
- Intrusion Detection/Protection systems.
- End point security solutions.
- Vulnerability scanning tools.
4. Senior Security Operations Analyst
· Minimum of five years’ security experience is required and a minimum of five years' of IT experience.
· Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferable: Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policies, Azure Application Gateways, Web Application Firewalls, Network Security Groups, etc.
· Network infrastructure knowledge on TCP/IP and Internet protocols.
· Experience with Palo Alto Prisma is preferable.
· CISSP, CISM, CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) or CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge) certifications or equivalent experience is preferred.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Computer Security or equivalent from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
5. Level 3 Security Analyst
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- 4 years or above related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly disciplined and motivated, able to work independently, under direction, or as a member of a team
- Deep understanding of threat actor techniques and tools
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: "Required"
· Strong communication skills and experience with working with stakeholders across a large enterprise
· Strong analytical skills around identifying modern offensive techniques
· Experience investigating computer network intrusions in an enterprise
· Experience with SIEM technologies, to find and identify suspect events in large telemetry sets
· Experience with investigating intrusions in Linux and cloud environments
· Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
· Strong technical knowledge of mainstream operating systems and a wide range of security technologies from network sensors to endpoint protection suites.
6. Red Team/ Penetration Tester
· One or more professional certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GWAPT, GSEC, GPEN, GXPN, CEH
· Offensive information security testing (red teaming, penetration testing) experience
· Experience and proficiency with common Red Team and tools and scripts (e.g. Cobalt Strike, Powershell Empire, Metasploit, etc.)
· In-depth knowledge and experience around Linux, Windows, networking fundamentals, modern threats and vulnerabilities.
· Understand of core internet protocols and encryption.
· Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g., C#/.NET, C++, Python, Powershell, Ruby).
· Strong oral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to prepare documentation and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
· Experience in building and leading teams.
7. IT Architect Data/ Cloud Technologies
· 4-10 years’ experience in data on cloud technologies or cloud infrastructure.
· Design of data platforms and pipelines experience on AWS, Azure, GCP.
· Consulting/strategy experience.
· Technical architecture, code reviews & performance of technical proofs of concept.
· Experience managing senior stakeholders
· Analysing complex IT application landscapes.
· Analysing the status quo and optimisation of IT architectures
Recruiting Programmers and Developers
1. IT Programmer
· Managing workloads using internal service desk / project applications
· Assessing / resolving break fix programming issues associated to bespoke software
· Working closely with the IT manager to prepare and complete projects
· Dealing with face to face, telephone and email enquiries
· Providing sales and technical support on products for customers
· Building and maintaining good working relationships with the team and customers
· Undertaking any other duties as may reasonably be required to support the team
